· Our annual conference (Cheyenne, September 25-27) is
less than 3 months away and the conference
registration packets were mailed out at the end of June.

Resort is good for rooms reserved prior to August 25th.

year’s conference is being hosted by the Salt Lake City
Airport and the committee has put together a great
agenda. The conference will be preceded by a Basic ASOS

·The Airport Facilities Management
Conference in Salt Lake City co-sponsored by NWAAAE and AAAE tentatively
scheduled for August 10-12 and our Annual Conference September 25-27 in
Cheyenne, WY. · Airport Cooperative
Research Program (ACRP) is looking for problem statements for the 2012
program year. Research ideas “problem statements” are now being accepted for
the FY 2012 Airport Cooperative Research Program. The ACRP is an applied,
contract research program with the objective of developing near-term
solutions to issues facing airport-operating agencies. The ACRP undertakes
research and other technical activities in a variety of airport-related
areas, including operations, design, construction, engineering, maintenance,
human resources, administration, policy, planning, environment, safety, and
security. Potential problem statements may be submitted by anyone at any
time; however, the closing date for consideration of problem statements for
the FY 2012 program is March 4, 2011. -
