The conference will be held at The Davenport Hotel and Tower located at 10 S Post St. and a block of rooms has been reserved at a rate of $155/single or double occupancy. Reservations must be made no later than August 28, 2009 to guarantee this rate. Reservations can be made by calling 1-800-899-1482 or 1-509-455-8888 and identifying yourself as part of the NW Chapter American Association of Airport Executives.
Here’s a gift of a few extra days! The deadline to register at the “early” rate of $275 for the Annual Conference has been extended until the Friday, September 4th – after that the rate increases to $350 for NWAAAE members and $400 for non members.


Transportation
Spokane is located in Eastern Washington, 110 miles (180 km) south of the Canadian Border, approximately 20 miles (32 km) from the Washington-Idaho border, and 271 miles (436 km) east of Seattle. The Spokane International Airport (GEG) is served by 9 airlines with non-stop access to 11 major hubs nationwide (www.spokaneairports.net). The Davenport Hotel can provide Town Car service from the airport to the hotel for registered guests for a rate of $35 round trip per room.
